Still, it is our team of passionate and dedicated experts – the Arches, that is a game-changer. Research and product development, hands-on ozone technology, water and air treatment from numerous industries –decades of exceptional expertise and enthusiasm what makes Arrow Lake team unique. Unified by a common goal to make the technology better, more accessible and affordable – we combined all our knowledge, experience, passion and drive and delivered on our vision.

Fredrik has decades of track record of international business growth and provides Arrow Lake the financial leadership to reach our milestones and to grow beyond. He has also held numerous board positions and executive director roles since his career begun in 1995.

Arash Golshenas, holds a Master’s degree in engineering physics as well as an executive MBA from Lund University and has had leading positions in several companies. Arash holds over six years of experience in the field of ozone generators, both as head of R&D and CTO. He has previously founded OIM Sweden AB, Duearity AB (Publ), and is one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB.

Before joining Arrow Lake AB, Martin Belohorka has developed ozone generator power supplies professionally and has worked as a product owner for the shower UV-disinfection company Water-sprint AB. Martin Belohorka has many years of experience as a product development consultant and has created interfaces for different technologies. Martin Belohorka is also one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB.

Camilla Khrulova has over ten years of experience in sales within ozone- and food/beverage applications. Camilla’s expertise also includes B2B- and technical sales, customer- and partner relationships, and marketing- and brand strategies. She is an advisor for the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) of the United Nations and has developed two innovations approved for worldwide patents.

Claes Gustafsson has over 16 years of mechanical product development in companies such as Tollo, Gambro and OIM Sweden AB. During the last seven years, Claes Gustafsson has worked as a project manager, within product development, at OIM Sweden AB assuring complete product development from Idea, to prototype, to CE-marked product, to series production and finally handling complaints. Claes is an analytic and very well-rounded executive.
