Arash Golshenas

Founder

Arash Golshenas, holds a Master’s degree in engineering physics as well as an executive MBA from Lund University and has had leading positions in several companies. Arash holds over six years of experience in the field of ozone generators, both as head of R&D and CTO. He has previously founded OIM Sweden AB, Duearity AB (Publ), and is one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB.

Jürgen Bischhaus

Jürgen Bischhaus has been working with sales of ozone solutions for over a decade in various applications. With years of hands-on experience of pilots and commission of systems Jürgen will guide you to the right system solution. He is member of the Ozone Working Committee of AWWA (American Water Works Association) and worked as advisor for several ozone projects around the globe.

Martin Belohorka

Founder

Before joining Arrow Lake AB, Martin Belohorka has developed ozone generator power supplies professionally and has worked as a product owner for the shower UV-disinfection company Water-sprint AB. Martin Belohorka has many years of experience as a product development consultant and has created interfaces for different technologies. Martin Belohorka is also one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB.

Camilla Khrulova

Sales

Camilla Khrulova has over ten years of experience in sales within ozone- and food/beverage applications. Camilla’s experience also includes B2B- and technical sales, customer- and partner relationships, and marketing- and brand strategies. She is an advisor for the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) of the United Nations, and has developed two innovations that have been approved for worldwide patents.

Claes Gustafsson

CTO

Claes Gustafsson has over 16 years of mechanical product development in companies such as Tollo, Gambro and OIM Sweden AB. During the last seven years, Claes Gustafsson has worked as a project manager, within product development, at OIM Sweden AB assuring complete product development from Idea, to prototype, to CE marked product, to series production and finally handling of complaints. Claes is a analytic and very well rounded executive.
