Camilla

Camilla Khrulova has over ten years of experience in sales within ozone- and food/beverage applications. Camilla’s experience also includes B2B- and technical sales, customer- and partner relationships, and marketing- and brand strategies. She is an advisor for the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) of the United Nations, and has developed two innovations that have been approved for worldwide patents.

Jürgen

During the last eight years, Jürgen Bischhaus has been working with marketing and sales, of ozone generators and ozone solutions. Jürgen is also a member of the Ozone Working Committee of AWWA (American Water Works Association) and worked as an advisor for several ozone projects around the globe, such as “The future water treatment plant” in Daegu, South Korea, WasteWater recovery at LG Chemical, and Cooling Tower Water treatment at Linde Gas in Germany.

Arash Golshenas, holds a Master’s degree in engineering physics as well as an executive MBA from Lund University and has had leading positions in several companies. Arash holds over six years of experience in the field of ozone generators, both as head of R&D and CTO. He has previously founded OIM Sweden AB, Duearity AB (Publ), and is one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB.

Fredrik has decades of track record of international business growth and provides Arrow Lake the financial leadership to reach our milestones and to grow beyond. He has also held numerous board positions and executive director roles since his career begun in 1995.

Claes

Claes Gustafsson has over 16 years of mechanical product development in companies such as Tollo, Gambro and OIM Sweden AB. During the last seven years, Claes Gustafsson has worked as a project manager, within product development, at OIM Sweden AB assuring complete product development from Idea, to prototype, to CE marked product, to series production and finally handling of complaints. Claes is a analytic and very well rounded executive.

Martin

Before joining Arrow Lake AB, Martin Belohorka has developed ozone generator power supplies professionally and has worked as a product owner for the shower UV-disinfection company Water-sprint AB. Martin Belohorka has many years of experience as a product development consultant and has created interfaces for different technologies. Martin Belohorka is also one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB.

Executive Board

Ali Jehanfard

Ali Jehanfard, born in 1982, holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Lund University and is one of the founders of Arrow Lake AB. Ali Jehanfard has experience in development projects in various sectors, such as medical devices, water purification, and alarm systems.

Michel Massadakis

Michel Massadakis, born in 1976, studied sociology but then switched and began his education in digital marketing at Hyper Island. Michel Massadakis is an entrepreneur and has founded over ten companies with three exits, in various sectors over the last 25 years. Michel Massadakis has lately been involved in the start-up scene in the south of Sweden as an advisor and investor.

Emir Suljic

Emir Suljic, born in 1981, has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, where he works as production and maintenance manager at Stadex in Malmö. He has a well-established network in the food industry in Northern Europe. He has a background in food engineering at LTH and has over the years supplemented his undergraduate education with courses related to business administration, business management and board work.

Sebastian Vaajakari

Sebastian Vaajakari has over 10 years of experience in technical sales and marketing in the global water treatment market. Sebastian is a co-owner and Sales Director at Danish ULTRAAQUA which produces UV and Ozone systems. Before ULTRAAQUA A/S he had his own ozone generator company in Finland. Sebastian holds an executive MBA from the Business Institute Denmark and sits on the education committee at the University College of Northern Denmark for the Export & Technology Management program.

The name Arrow Lake

All that we do is encouraged by Nature. This is even true for the company’s name – inspired by “Pildammarna” – two magnificent ponds located in the heart of the city of Malmö. Pildammarna loosely translates to “the arrow ponds”. The dams in the park have initially been Malmö’s water reservoir. The water was led to public pumps on Stortorget, where Malmö’s residents got access to the water.
Dazzled by the beautiful Nature and surroundings of the ponds and wishing to pay tribute to the city we operate from, the name also came Naturally – Arrow Lake.
